I’m a founder-operator working at the intersection of growth, strategy, and execution. I partner with B2B SaaS, eCommerce, and AI-native companies on high-stakes decisions across positioning, acquisition, retention, monetization, and conversion — with a specific focus on building systems that help teams validate what actually drives revenue before committing meaningful time, budget, or headcount. My edge is turning ambiguity into structured bets. I help leadership teams move from opinions to evidence by systematizing how they test, learn, and allocate. Increasingly, that means building AI-enabled workflows that automate core growth functions — outbound, A/B testing, content, and SEO — compressing what used to take weeks into hours.Over 12+ years I’ve worked with founders, executives, and VC-backed teams at organizations including J.P. Morgan, Rev1 Ventures, and LOUD Capital. I work best in embedded and fractional roles where strategy and execution need to move together.
