Why AI-Native

You’re being asked to lead the biggest workforce transition in a generation — with the smallest seat at the table.

The board wants an AI strategy. The CEO wants efficiency. Your team wants to know if their jobs are safe. AI fluency has moved from “nice to have” to the single capability boards now screen senior People leaders for. This 12-week peer advisory program — one goal per week, five tasks per goal, 12 live sessions — gives you the AI systems, and the standing, to answer all three. You need to drive the bus. Not get replaced by it.

  • An ICP One-Pager — who you serve, what changes for them, and where AI shows up, on one page.
  • A Second Brain — Claude Code + Notion / Obsidian, querying your own knowledge base.
  • A Brand v1 — LinkedIn rewrite, bio, content cadence, and your first “Weekly Five” outreach.
  • A Personal Site — a live URL with positioning, proof, and a clear call to action.
  • A First Revenue Motion — five outreach messages sent, one discovery call booked.

A Live AI System — a CRM, intake, or content engine running end-to-end on your real data, presented at Demo Day.

Two decades in the People function — top-tier corporate HR, talent strategy, learning architecture — after earlier stops in academic neuroscience, law and finance. Over the last three years, built an AI-powered fractional practice from scratch: scouting talent, automating client CRMs, running cohort programs and advising founders on People strategy, all on workflows and agents he built himself. Curriculum draws on Close the AI Wage Gap, the Learn.PortLev modules, the Clarity Prompt toolkit and a library of unlisted practitioner interviews.
