Embedded engagement: For your top companies, one or two STAR expert operators join for a 90-day embedded sprint – effectively serving as a fractional functional lead during the highest-leverage window of the cohort. These engagements are set up to hand off cleanly, not to create ongoing dependency.

What makes this different from a standard mentor network

STAR expert operators have passed a structured review – Situation, Task, Action, Result – that filters for expert operator track records, not advisory credentials. Embedded engagements typically run 20–30 hours per month for a 90-day window.
